Privacy Policy
How SkillsPark handles website enquiries, media and privacy requests.
Last reviewed: 2 September 2026. This draft must be reviewed against SkillsPark’s actual operating practices before launch.
Enquiries
Contact and consultation forms collect the details you choose to provide so SkillsPark can understand and respond to your request. Submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a website database.
Retention and access
Enquiry correspondence should be retained only as long as needed for response, legitimate business records, legal requirements or an agreed relationship. Access should be limited to people who need it.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses a necessary session cookie for form security and rate limiting. No analytics service is configured by default. If analytics is added, this policy and any consent mechanism must be updated first.
Photographs, videos and children’s media
SkillsPark publishes media only where ownership, permission and publication status have been checked. Children’s media requires appropriate parent, guardian or institutional authorization. Private permission notes are never displayed publicly.
Privacy and removal requests
You may request access, correction or removal of personal information or published media by using the verified contact details on the contact page. SkillsPark should verify the request and respond in line with applicable obligations.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. Do not send passwords, identity documents, financial records or other unnecessary sensitive information through the forms.
